Guanchen Liu is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on advocating for employees in a wide range of workplace disputes. She brings a strong analytical foundation, a steady and thoughtful presence, and a commitment to providing clear, strategic guidance to the individuals she represents.
Ms. Liu earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she developed a lasting interest in how people think, communicate, and make decisions. After completing additional pre‑medical coursework, she discovered that her strengths in analysis, communication, and problem‑solving aligned most naturally with the practice of law. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating in 2024. During law school, she distinguished herself academically, earning the CALI Award in Business Organizations for achieving the highest grade in the course and being named to the Dean’s List for two semesters.
Her legal experience spans several practice areas, including immigration and trademark law, giving her a broad understanding of regulatory systems and client needs. Ms. Liu later transitioned into employment law, beginning her career representing employers. This early experience provided valuable insight into how companies evaluate risk, respond to claims, and make strategic decisions. She now uses that perspective to advocate for employees, offering clients a nuanced understanding of how their cases may be approached from the other side. Her ability to anticipate defense strategies, combined with her meticulous preparation and clear communication style, allows her to guide clients through challenging workplace issues with confidence and care.
Clients appreciate Ms. Liu’s professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach to each case. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Liu maintains balance through yoga and Pilates, and enjoys unwinding with short‑form dramas and the occasional scroll through TikTok—small reminders that even in a demanding field, moments of lightness matter.
