Thomas Fay

Thomas Fay is an energetic attorney devoted to preserving the rights and promoting the interests of employees throughout California.   His past successes in diverse matters and favorable outcomes through litigation and settlement are the platform for every case that he takes on at LOYR, APC.  

Thomas’s career began with defense of public entities in California against a broad gamut of actions.  He continued to gain insight into defense strategy while defending insurance companies at a large defense firm.  This insight has fostered a keen perspective of the methods and tactics of defense counsel that gives Thomas an incisive angle to his advocacy for clients in employment matters.

Thomas earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he served as a research assistant for the renowned professor of civil procedure Simona Grossi, studying Supreme Court decision-making and appellate trends.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance, with minors in philosophy and statistics, from the University of Mary in North Dakota.  

Outside the office, Thomas is beginning to learn to play violin.  He enjoys traveling with his amazing wife, driving BMW track cars, studying Latin, and exploring new cuisines.
